How much does a new roof or a roof repair cost?
It depends on the roof, so we price every job after a free look. Size, pitch, how many old layers come off, rotted decking, access and the material you choose all move the price. You get a fixed written quote with no hidden fees before any work starts.
What warranty do you offer?
Our workmanship comes with a 10-year labour warranty, in writing. If it leaks because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on materials come on top of that; on shingles they usually run 25 to 50 years, depending on the product line.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed, WSIB-covered and carry $5,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance. Ask and we'll show you the certificates before we start.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most shingle roofs on houses are stripped, installed and cleaned up in a single day. Larger or more complex roofs can run into a second day, and rain can push the start date.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. If your roof is leaking at 2 a.m. in a storm, call 437-255-5631 and we'll dispatch. Non-emergency calls are answered at any hour too; we book those for daylight.
